The launch mobilization meeting of Volbenda ERP was successfully held!

On the morning of July 10, the mobilization meeting for the launch of Volbenda ERP was held in the company's conference room. The company's general manager Mr. Pan Hengming, executive deputy general manager Mr. Gao Minsheng, financial director Mr. Deng Yunpeng, as well as heads of relevant departments of the company, key users, and experts from the system developer UFIDA attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Pan Hengming, the general manager of the company, delivered a speech on the launch of the ERP project. First of all, Mr. Pan congratulated the successful launch of the ERP system and pointed out that the company attaches great importance to the information construction work and regards it as a practical need to improve work efficiency and management level. ERP online is a complex system project with heavy and arduous tasks. All departments at all levels should further deeply understand the great and far-reaching significance of information construction, improve the ability to apply information systems, and enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency of various tasks. At the same time, four requirements are put forward for the ERP online work: First, the project team should carefully organize and arrange various tasks during the online launch period. All departments should strictly follow the plans and programs formulated by the project team and complete the work within the specified time with quality and quantity; second, the company's ERP service management department should carefully check the network and server to ensure that the software system is in good operating condition and create good application conditions; third, do a good job in the continuous application and optimization of the ERP system online. Each department should fully understand the management philosophy of the ERP system, strictly follow the system's responsibilities and division of labor, and successfully complete their respective tasks; fourth, the heads of each department should combine the application of the ERP system to gradually establish and improve the quantitative management system and inspection and assessment system, so that all work can be standardized and normalized. The ERP project is a change in traditional management methods, and it has put forward higher requirements for managers and employees. All employees should unify their thinking, strengthen learning, change their way of thinking, and strive to have the ability to control the system in a relatively short period of time.Ensure the successful application of ERP.


Afterwards, the project leader of UFIDA reported on the preparations for the launch of ERP, clarified the scope and precautions of the launch, explained the precautions during the operation, and further clarified the launch time, relevant responsible persons, and the work that each department needs to support and cooperate with. The project leader fully affirmed the perfect implementation service system of our company, and made requirements for the next implementation. Under the principle of mutual trust and cooperation, it will surely lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of ERP information construction.


After listening to the project team's report, the company's leaders expressed their confidence in the future implementation of the company's ERP.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Pan mentioned in his concluding speech that promoting the construction of the ERP project is a strategic deployment made by the company. It is to adapt to the need for improving management information and management models as the scale of operations continues to expand. It is a bold attempt by the company to use information technology to fully integrate production, supply, marketing, personnel, finance and materials, establish a unified operating platform, realize information resource input, and break information silos. It is an upgrade and transformation of the company's production and marketing financial integration, capital and financial integration, measurement, and accounting integration. It will enable the company to achieve effective improvements in information transmission, information control, business communication methods, and work efficiency, forming a four-flow integrated management and control model of "logistics, capital flow, information flow and workflow", which will help enterprises plug management loopholes, avoid management risks, improve operational efficiency and management level, and will lay a solid foundation for the company's in-depth management and control. At the same time, Mr. Pan put forward three hopes and requirements for the follow-up work of ERP launch: First, the heads of various departments should take the main responsibility for this launch, recognize the importance of implementing ERP from a strategic perspective, fully mobilize resources from all aspects, actively communicate and solve problems, and never ignore or shirk responsibility. They must not talk about objectivity but only about results; second, the operators of various business modules should learn humbly, actively adapt, and make more suggestions. This ERP launch is an all-round innovation in the operation and use management methods of various resource elements on the platform. It is inevitable to encounter emergencies. All departments, business modules, and operating positions should be highly coordinated, closely cooperated, and make more suggestions. It is necessary to be goal-oriented to ensure that all work is completed on time and with quality; third, the project team should make overall arrangements, formulate a practical and feasible operation schedule, implement it carefully, and establish an emergency response mechanism to ensure timely handling of emergencies, and make the greatest efforts to ensure the smooth launch of this time.


The convening of the ERP project launch conference marks that the informatization construction of Volbenda has entered a new stage and is an important milestone on the road of future informatization management.
