From July 26 to 28, 2018, the 3rd Baoan Industrial Development Expo (hereinafter referred to as Baoan Expo) was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center.

This year's Baobo Expo closely follows the strategic deployment of the district committee and government, with the theme of "Bay Area Core, Smart Innovation Highland, Shared Home", and organizes technologies and products with independent intellectual property rights in recent years that can reflect independent innovation capabilities to participate in the exhibition, focusing on displaying the achievements made in emerging industries such as new generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biomedicine and medical equipment, energy conservation and environmental protection. Shenzhen Wolbenda New Energy Co., Ltd. was invited to participate in the exhibition.

Shenzhen Wolbenda New Energy Co., Ltd. is located in Dayang Development Zone, Fuyong Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. As a "well-known brand in Shenzhen" and a "key enterprise in Bao'an District", it continues to support and promote the industrial development of Bao'an District.

At the same time, in order to cooperate with the policy of displaying high-tech achievements at the "highest event" for Bao'an's industrial development, Volbenda selected the most representative and high-tech cutting-edge new energy products and technologies from among many products that have received numerous praises - the verypower 200kw soundproof gas generator set and diesel engine waste heat utilization seawater desalination system and solutions made a splendid appearance in the new materials and new energy exhibition area, leading the way.

During the three-day exhibition, the Wolbenda booth attracted many professional visitors with its professional new products and technologies. Through face-to-face exchanges with Wolbenda's technical team on site, everyone carefully inquired about product information, and personally experienced the excellent technology of Wolbenda's products, as well as the one-stop solutions for a variety of industries, which once again added a beautiful landscape to this event.

NO.1 Marine seawater desalination device with diesel engine waste heat recovery

In order to solve the problems of high energy cost, bumpy working environment, small operating space and high requirements for equipment automation in ocean-going ships, the waste heat of ship diesel engine cooling water is used as the heat source, a single-effect plate heat exchange structure is adopted, and seawater desalination is achieved through negative pressure distillation. The process of the seawater desalination system is shown in Figure 1.

This project was supported by Guangdong Province's Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Shenzhen Technology Development Project, and successfully developed a 2t/d marine diesel engine waste heat desalination device (Figure 2), conducted experimental tests and process optimization research on key components and the entire machine (Figure 3), and developed a second-generation seawater desalination prototype (Figure 4).

Innovation and achievements:

1. The work process is simple, the degree of automatic control is high, the equipment structure is compact, and it is suitable for the working environment requirements of ocean-going ships.

2. According to the third-party test, the water quality meets the national drinking water hygiene standard (GB5749-85), which can meet the needs of drinking water, domestic water and equipment water for shipboard personnel, and the seawater desalination rate is higher than 99.5%.

3. Possess independent intellectual property rights, apply for more than 10 patents, and publish relevant results in well-known domestic and foreign academic journals such as Desalination and Chemical Industry Progress.

Through this exhibition, Volbenda allowed more visitors to recognize and understand Volbenda's products and corporate culture, and further promoted the promotion of the corporate brand. At the same time, through this exhibition, Volbenda gained a lot of effective information, which provided reliable support for discovering potential partners in the future.
