All the equipments will be under warranty from VERYPOWER and original manufacturer in stipulated period, and the warranty period is also able to prolong according the individual situation, the details warranty policy is following:
Standard warranty period: 15 months after delivery or 12 months after commissioning or 1000 running hours (whichever firstly), any damage occur by supplier’s design, installation or deficit material should born by VERYPOWER. The warranty is not included the daily consumption and damage from failure maintenance.
After expiration, customer could sign long term maintenance service agreement with VERYPOWER. The assigned Subsidiary or Distributor of VERYPOWER in local could provide the service such as regular visit, routine maintenance, and trouble shooting.

All the spare parts purchased from VERYPOWER, subsidiary and accredited Service Distributor will guarantee as original parts to make sure the best availability&delivery terms.
